According to Article 9 of the Act, the goods of proper quality (without defects) may be exchanged or returned to the store within 14 days excluding the day of purchase, if the following conditions are met: - all documents for the goods (instructions, warranty card, receipt or sales receipt confirming purchase) are present; - the trade dress has been preserved, i.e. all labels, packaging, stickers and other accessories of the goods in unchanged form remained;

What to do if there are any defects?

Submit the goods to the store where the product was purchased. After that the seller sends the goods to the service center for diagnosis. In our service center will make free diagnostics of the goods, after which one of three conclusions will be issued: - the goods have mechanical damage: in this case the warranty is terminated and the goods can not be exchanged or returned; - the goods have no mechanical damage and is subject to warranty repair: in this case the service center accepts the goods for warranty repair; - the product has no mechanical damage and is not subject to repair: in this case the buyer provides goods with the conclusion of the service center and other documents

What to do if the goods are out of order?

If during the warranty period goods you bought from us broke down through manufacturer's fault and can't be repaired in the service center we will exchange the goods for a similar one or give you money back. To do this, please provide us: - warranty card; - goods with complete set; - proof of payment;

Check completeness

Check the completeness and lack of mechanical defects in the product seller or courier shall be made when you receive the goods in the presence of the buyer. Completeness of the product is determined by the description of the product or the instruction manual. In this case it is sometimes possible that the configuration differs from that specified in the manual, as sometimes the manufacturer changes it without notice and without noting it in the manual. If a difference in the scope of delivery is our fault, we will correct it.
